Bug reports and “this should work and doesn't” messages are the most useful thing you can send us. There is no ticket queue to get lost in — a person reads these.

If you would rather not open your mail client, use the form below. Tell us what you were doing and what you expected instead — that is usually enough to reproduce a problem.
Before you write about a bug
Two things make a report much faster to act on:
- The script. The VeraScript statements you ran, or the smallest version that still misbehaves.
- What the inspector showed. Row and column counts at the checkpoint that went wrong often identify the problem on their own.
It may also be worth checking the changelog — some gaps are known and listed there, including the things we are not building yet.
